Workplace Wellness Program

So just when you think it’s going’s ‘okay’, lulled by a sense of complacency and dare I say hope…     (perhaps not a winning combination in these uncertain times).  We are required to lockdown once more…

Remember this isn’t new now you’ve have been here before…

And now’s probably the time to think about how you coped well in lockdown or not at all?  So let’s do a quick wellness check to see how you fare?

  • What worked well during the last 16 months and why?   (list them)
  • What didn’t work well and why?   (list them)
  • What would you change about your situation if you could? and why?
  • What did you change realistically?
  • Who can you rely on for support?
  • What did you do to help yourself?

If we have to lock down longer than what’s required at the moment, the above answers will help you create your own mental health COVID plan.  Or have you already thinking about making one?
