When I was growing up my mother used to say “the head cannot move without the neck.”

My interpretation of that message with regards to mental health was, you can’t solve one part of the puzzle without thinking about where the other pieces fit in!

As the founder and Director of Employee Growth I realised early on in my career that mental health needs to be looked at as a whole and not separate individual pieces.

Mental health affects all aspects of our lives. Work, home, love and play.  We spend a lot of our time at work, so why not make it more  more meaningful and productive, and not allow the shadow of mental health to undermine that.
